Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails regarding product inquiries and orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock organization and restocking.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace for both staff and customers.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly sales and service goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with smartphones.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
