Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly to resolve inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Handle customer complaints and issues with patience and effective problem-solving skills.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required for this entry-level role.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse clientele.
