Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a professional attitude and a smile upon arrival.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly and courteously.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the store remains organized and clean.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise during slow periods.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
