Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon entering the store, providing a positive first impression.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and organizing displays to maintain a neat store appearance.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and store policies with a helpful and professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the store is clean, safe, and fully operational during all weekend shifts.
- Handle cash and card transactions with strict adherence to company security and accountability protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; currently enrolled students are encouraged to apply.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members.
- Basic math skills required for accurate cash handling and inventory counting.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods during shifts.
- A valid state ID and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
