Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Proactively engage customers, offer personalized recommendations, and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers warmly, answering inquiries, and ensuring a seamless shopping journey.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain the visual appeal of the sales floor by organizing displays, restocking inventory, and ensuring products are presented attractively.
- Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and processing transactions accurately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to implement sales strategies and support store events.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively educate customers.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
