Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments accurately
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after certification
- Pick and pack orders for shipment according to specifications
- Maintain inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and freight movement
Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary—comprehensive training provided
- Must be at least 18 years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation to South LA location
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Basic math and communication skills
