Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely after training completion
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated storage areas
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Participate actively in paid training sessions to develop technical skills
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required; paid training provided
- Ability to work night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) with reliable transportation
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory system training
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
