Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders in a timely manner using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock organization.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred; willing to train motivated candidates with no experience.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Reliable attendance and flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license is a plus but not required for all roles.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive team-player attitude.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills for following safety protocols and logs.
