Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all 5S safety protocols.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and cycle counting.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read labels and pick tickets accurately.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
