Responsibilities
- Accurately scan and sort incoming shipments using handheld scanners
- Organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse facilities
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using pallet jacks and dollies
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop new skills
- Complete routine inventory checks and documentation tasks
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Street location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
