Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, pack, and ship packages using barcode scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse zones
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Report equipment maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train from day one!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to our Memphis facility
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance
- Must have valid state ID or driver's license
