Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments with precision
- Pick and pack orders accurately using handheld scanners
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas to OSHA standards
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits
- Follow safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary - we train everyone!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Stamina to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Basic math and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to our NW Portland location
- Pass pre-employment background check
