Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and inventory products in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate material handling equipment with provided certification
- Maintain clean and safe work environment per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping/receiving goals
- Complete quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Follow inventory management protocols accurately
- Participate in monthly safety training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - open to all backgrounds
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hour shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to East Fresno location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (with assistance available)
