Responsibilities
- Sort, pack, and label incoming shipments with attention to detail
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts - training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper techniques
- Participate in weekly safety training and process improvements
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs repeatedly with reasonable accommodation
