Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using handheld scanners
- Prepare orders for shipment by packing, labeling, and staging items
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas following safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (training provided)
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks as directed
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full training
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone operation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte facility
