Responsibilities
- Load/unload packages and materials using forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided)
- Organize inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Maintain clean and safe work environment following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Operate warehouse technology systems for inventory tracking
- Assist with shipping/receiving documentation
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Basic math and communication skills
