Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training provided)
- Maintain organized inventory records and assist with cycle counts
- Load/unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and workplace guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Reliable transportation to our East Broad Street facility
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
