Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package incoming shipments according to company standards
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas to ensure safety and efficiency
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after training
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Complete daily paperwork and digital reporting tasks
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for digital reporting systems
- Reliable transportation to our Atlanta location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to pass mandatory background check and drug screening
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends
