Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently according to safety protocols.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and maintain high-quality standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock organization to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Perform general labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for entry-level roles.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
