Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure inventory accuracy and organization.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on speed and precision.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks, in a safe manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and workflow goals.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and product descriptions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
