Responsibilities
- Process and package customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after certification
- Maintain organized inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming merchandise
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our Philadelphia facility
