Responsibilities
- Perform inventory management tasks including scanning, counting, and recording
- Operate warehouse equipment (training provided) like forklifts and pallet jacks
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment with attention to detail
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and receiving shipments
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop new skills
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to our Chicago facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
