Responsibilities
- Receive paid training on warehouse operations, safety standards, and equipment handling
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, scanning, and stocking products
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean work area
- Support warehouse operations during peak periods and special projects
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for inventory system training
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our Detroit facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
