Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory shipments accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) under supervision.
- Report any damaged goods or equipment issues to management immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not strictly required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
