Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided)
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces following OSHA standards
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting processes
- Operate warehouse equipment safely after completing paid certification
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – open to all backgrounds
- Must be 18+ years old and able to pass a background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order verification
- Valid driver’s license (for equipment operation training)
- Reliable transportation to worksite
