Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory accurately
- Load and unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided)
- Organize warehouse space for optimal efficiency
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation
- Maintain clean and safe work areas per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Operate warehouse equipment under supervision
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train all new hires!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation to East Oakland facility
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Pass background check and drug screening
