Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and package incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and conveyor systems after training
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in our digital tracking system
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Participate in weekly safety briefings and process improvement initiatives
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to stand/walk for 6-8 hour shifts with reasonable accommodations
- Basic math and literacy skills for inventory documentation
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (provided by company)
- Reliable transportation to our Fresno facility
