Responsibilities
- Pack and Prepare Orders: Accurately package and prepare customer orders for shipping using standard packaging materials and equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by scanning items and updating stock logs.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and scanners safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet quality standards before shipping.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse floor, aisles, and workstations clean and organized to ensure a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the night shift team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; no experience required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical labor.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when scanning and packaging items.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable method of transportation and be willing to work full-time hours.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic computer systems.
