Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on 99.9% accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and inventory adjustments using handheld RF scanners.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound freight trucks in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean workspace in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify workflow improvements and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM or 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety compliance.
