Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise and inventory with accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and hand trucks.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain organized warehouse storage areas.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize shipping routes and delivery schedules.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Valid driver's license (Class D) is a plus.
