Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Organize inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Pick and pack orders for accurate fulfillment
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (after certification)
- Maintain clean and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Participate in ongoing safety training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Drive facility
