Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload inbound and outbound freight using proper equipment.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate stock counts and organize inventory to maintain high standards.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hiring).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily quotas.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: No prior warehouse experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
