Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using handheld scanners
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications in a timely manner
- Maintain clean and organized work areas including aisles and storage zones
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification training)
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive paid training
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and data entry systems
- Reliable transportation to our Baltimore facility
