Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments efficiently
- Pick and pack orders with precision using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after training
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Bay Parkway location
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexible availability for weekday shifts (6AM-4PM or 4PM-2AM)
