Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming shipments using barcode scanners and RF equipment
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification) in compliance with safety protocols
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate warehouse records
- Load/unload freight trucks with proper lifting techniques and team coordination
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and contribute to 5S compliance standards
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety guidelines during all warehouse activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with touchscreen devices
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
