Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, package, and prepare shipments for delivery
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Maintain accurate inventory records using scanning systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks in a timely manner
- Participate in regular team meetings and improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hours)
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
