Responsibilities
- Develop engaging training materials using Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate
- Facilitate virtual and in-person workshops for corporate clients
- Conduct needs assessments and learning evaluations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on training implementations
- Maintain and update learning management system content
- Track training metrics and ROI for client reports
- Support onboarding programs for new hires
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable with public speaking and presentations
- Basic knowledge of learning technologies (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom)
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Valid driver's license for occasional client visits
