Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging training materials using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline
- Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions for corporate clients
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data analysis
- Track and report training effectiveness using KPIs and LMS analytics
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to update content based on industry trends
- Manage training logistics including scheduling, resource allocation, and participant communication
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through feedback collection and process optimization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly (LMS experience not required)
- Valid US work authorization and ability to work in-office 3 days/week
