Responsibilities
- Complete accelerated technical certification training program
- Provide Tier 1 IT support for enterprise clients
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Document technical procedures and maintain service logs

- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation after training

Qualifications
