What You Will Do
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for employees regarding hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system to improve service efficiency.
- Collaborate with the IT team to deploy new software updates and security patches.
- Conduct basic user training sessions on new tools and company policies.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Basic computer literacy with a strong understanding of how operating systems and applications function.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- A proactive attitude toward learning and a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including occasional on-call rotation.
