- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting to customers via phone and email.
- Assist in data entry and maintaining accurate customer records within our CRM system.
- Learn to diagnose and resolve basic software and hardware connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with senior team members to resolve escalated tickets efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience during high-volume customer interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-centric attitude.
- Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet.
