Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Log and track all support tickets and maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to learn best practices and improve service delivery.
- Conduct basic system maintenance and perform software updates as directed.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new user devices and accounts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer literacy (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android) is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
- Willingness to obtain relevant certifications (we provide tuition reimbursement).
- Must be available to start immediately.
