Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot & Resolve: Assist customers with technical hardware and software issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Customer Communication: Deliver clear, professional, and empathetic support to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- System Training: Complete our comprehensive training program to master our internal knowledge base and ticketing systems.
- Documentation: Accurately log interactions and create detailed knowledge base articles to help future support teams.
- Hardware Support: Assist in the setup and maintenance of desktop environments and peripherals.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We value attitude and aptitude over history.
- Skills: Basic proficiency with Windows and Mac operating systems is helpful.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn new technologies quickly.
