As an Entry Level Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they have the technology they need to succeed. No prior experience is required—we provide the training; you bring the enthusiasm.
Responsibilities
- Resolve Technical Issues: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity problems for end-users.
- Customer Communication: Deliver exceptional support via phone, email, and chat, maintaining a professional and positive demeanor.
- Ticket Management: Log and track all support requests in our CRM system, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
- System Maintenance: Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of company software and hardware assets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior IT staff to escalate complex issues and learn best practices.
- Documentation: Create and update technical guides and knowledge base articles to help the team.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior IT experience required; however, basic computer literacy is essential.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Availability: Must be available to start immediately (Tomorrow) and work full-time hours.
