Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to clients via phone and email.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting software and hardware issues using our training resources.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Learn and demonstrate deep knowledge of our company's product suite and services.
- Collaborate with senior team members to solve complex technical queries.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience in every customer interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; a degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the technology sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including some weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy (Windows and Mac experience is helpful).
