Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Provide top-tier technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat to resolve hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot common technical problems for end-users in a timely and efficient manner.
- System Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and updating internal software systems and databases to ensure optimal performance.
- Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Training: Participate in daily training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior technicians to learn best practices and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior technical experience required. We are looking for candidates with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Mac).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.

- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
