Responsibilities
- Complete intensive 8-week paid training program covering AWS/Azure basics and security protocols
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to enterprise clients via phone and ticketing systems
- Assist with network diagnostics, software installations, and hardware troubleshooting
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system monitoring and maintenance tasks
- Participate in agile sprint meetings and contribute to team objectives

Qualifications
