Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive paid training modules covering IT fundamentals, networking, and system administration
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to enterprise clients via phone, chat, and remote access
- Document service tickets, resolutions, and customer interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues
- Participate in cross-functional projects to optimize IT infrastructure

- Mentor new trainees after completing initial program
Qualifications
