Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist clients in understanding our products and services.
- Conduct market research and data entry with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Learn and utilize CRM software to track customer interactions.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Attend weekly training sessions to improve product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
