Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Present and demonstrate our premium products/services to prospective clients in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Track all sales activities and client interactions accurately in the CRM database.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to master product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional but beneficial for field duties).
- No prior sales experience is required; we provide full training.
